MUG DRS is an online Document request and management service, developed for use by current students and Alumni of the University for their Academic Document requests.
Follow these simple steps to request and obtain your academic documents from Methodist University Ghana
Create a new account or login to your existing account using your student credentials.
Fill out the document request form with your details, select the document type, and specify delivery preferences.
Make payment according to the fee schedule and upload proof of payment (bank receipt, mobile money confirmation).
Our Accounts Officer will verify your payment proof. This ensures all financial transactions are properly validated.
Your request is processed by the relevant department (Registrar, Records, Transcript, etc.) based on the document type.
Collect your documents from the university or receive them via your preferred delivery method (email, courier, etc.).
